Some of the most notable of our works come under this category. Indore is a city of businessmen who cherish a good home and quality family time. It has been our endeavor to cater to the needs and tastes of our clients while ever creating waves at the design scene in the city.

Latest addition to Technocraft’s works: A four bed room house at Countywalk Indore. Completed within a record time of two years including three months of complete lock down.

The drawing room

The ceiling has leather tiles and the focal point is a custom made metal sculpture

The corner window over looks the water body and the approach to drawing room.

The Temple

Has a theme of Gold and white. All paintings in the house are by Vinay himself.

The staircase

The lights under the nosing are sensor triggered and come on automatically as you climb or descend. The wall has an interesting mosaic mural , which continues on the second floor.

The stairs are conveniently located near the lift, the space beneath the stairs has dry landscaping.

Home office and powder room are near the entrance for convenience.

The kitchen

Here the theme is a subtle grey and white to compliment the Statuario on floor and teal for contrast.

The master bed room

A very sober off white with gold and dark ebony polish is the theme for this complete suite.

A picture window has a seat for looking out of the window and spending time looking at the garden beyond.

The master toilet has been crafted with Tanzania Onyx and spider white marble. The stretch ceiling compliments the onyx.

Daughter’s bed room

It has a fantastic view of the lush green fields beyond, from the balcony, which has cane chairs and a swing.

The guest bed room is a cool turquoise with white theme , which continues in to the complete suite.

The upper family Lounge

The upper family Lounge is a cozy private place with a collage of family photographs. The lounge is connected from the lift lobby with a glass bridge’

The glass bridge spans over the double height area, over looking the living dining. “The tree of life” mural was specially crafted to connect the lower hall to the upper Lounge.

The cards room

The second floor has only a card room with a pantry and a toilet. The stretch ceiling gives a uniform lighting without glare. the french door opens to the landscaped terrace. The room is replete with portraits of Indian film stars, again done by Vinay.

The Landscaped terrace has cane furniture with water and sun proof cushions, the place is adorned with three murals, two of which can be seen here.
